Get ready for an unforgettable celebration of LGBTIQA+ culture, creativity and community as St Kilda comes alive for Midsumma 2025. From January 16 to February 8, the Victorian Pride Centre and Theatre Works present a vibrant program of performances, talks, workshops and events. Expect powerful storytelling, bold theatre, delicious drag, rooftop parties, community gatherings and family-friendly fun. 

Mark your calendars, gather your crew and immerse yourself in queer joy, creativity and connection at the heart of St Kilda this Midsumma.

Parade, pride and party come together once a year in Melbourne’s iconic march celebrating solidarity in gender and sexuality diversity.

Join over 53,000 people to celebrate Midsumma Pride March! Bring your friends, family, and loved ones to celebrate our diversity together in this day-long event as we strut down Fitzroy Street with ferocity, uniqueness, and diversity with the ones we love.

You’ll be greeted at the end of the march with free entertainment, and festivities, including DJs and live performances by the iconic St Kilda beachside.

Get ready to sizzle as St Kilda transforms into a vibrant Latin paradise! This February, the St Kilda Latin Festival takes over South Beach Reserve for an unforgettable beachside fiesta.

Immerse yourself in a music marathon featuring Australia’s hottest local Latin lineup, from Salsa and Reggaeton to Bachata and Samba. Beyond the stage, experience authentic cuisine, free dance lessons, and our massive Margarita Garden. Whether you’re relaxing by the water or dancing until sunset, you’ll feel transported straight to South America!

Experience the magic of the St Kilda Festival this February! Day 1 (Saturday 14) honours First Peoples with powerful performances by hip-hop force BARKAA and psych-rockers Selve.

Big Festival Sunday (February 15) steps up the energy with pop icon Jessica Mauboy, dance favourites Sneaky Sound System, and the legendary reunion of Mental As Anything.

With over 100 artists performing across the weekend, plus market stalls, family activities, and street performers, it’s Australia’s ultimate seaside celebration.

Summer Jam Basketball Festival Championship

The Summer Jam Championship is the high-energy finale of the 2026 Summer Jam Tour, bringing together Australia’s top streetball squads and select international teams to battle for World Streetball Championship glory. Blending elite basketball with the vibe of a summer block party, the three-day, family-friendly event features live music, food trucks, brand activations and special guest appearances.

Friday kicks off with a free-entry Block Party and seeding games, Saturday delivers knockout City Battles and dunk contests, and Sunday crowns champions with finals, headline acts and cultural showcases.

Fri is free, individual ticket pricing for Sat & Sun, in addition to VIP tickets and 3-day passes

Situated on the historic St Kilda Triangle, the Palace Foreshore returns this summer for an incredible seasonal outdoor concert series. Located directly adjacent to the iconic Palais Theatre, this venue hosts a curated selection of world-class international and local artists against the stunning backdrop of Port Phillip Bay.

The 2026 line-up is spectacular, featuring Black Country, New Road, De La Soul, Grace Jones, King Stingray, Maoli, MARINA, Peach PRC, Pendulum, and The Streets. Don’t miss these headline shows running throughout February and March!

The St Kilda Blues Festival returns in 2026 as a FREE, venue-based celebration of blues and roots music across St Kilda.

Featuring 40+ artists across 70+ gigs, the festival activates St Kilda’s iconic pubs, clubs, and streets, celebrating one of Melbourne’s great live music precincts and the power of real, human-made music.

The festival invites audiences to connect through live music, shared experiences, and genuine human connection while watching the best of Melbourne’s blues artists including Hussy Hicks, Geoff Achison, Kim Volkman, Cold Snap, Rod Paine & The Fulltime Lovers, Sweet Felicia and The Honeytones and Cam Walter Blues.

Melbourne BeerFest 2025

Melbourne BeerFest returns to the iconic Catani Gardens for the ultimate summer celebration! Headlined by electro powerhouses The Presets (DJ Set), this year’s festival delivers a massive line-up of live music, comedy, and the legendary Beer Olympics.

Explore over 300 unique craft beers, ciders, and cocktails perfectly paired with gourmet street food. Whether you are attending a masterclass or soaking up the festive energy with mates, it’s a day to sip, snack, and dance. Let the good times pour!

St. Patrick's Festival

Welcome to the 7th annual St Patrick’s Festival St Kilda! 

Join us or our free family day with parade followed by park activities including with parade at 11am along Acland Street, followed by park activities and entertainment throughout the day including roving entertainers, Irish dancing, dog show, live music, face painters, beer garden (adults only!) and more.

The family event is open to families, tourists, backpackers and any other members or residents of the local community who want to join us in celebrating Irish heritage.
