For the month of December PB’s Bar & Eatery is serving up alcoholic pizzas and we are excited to share the details with you. PB’s Bar & Eatery is serving spiked pizzas for adults only.

To welcome the new branding, an updated fit out and a new food and drinks menu, PB’s Bar & Eatery has just launched the first of its ‘Spiked Summer Series’.

Pizza and booze are a match made in heaven and PB’s have pushed their culinary creativity to the next level to infuse both in a new range of mouth-watering spiked pizzas for the month of December.

The team were enjoying a drink and thinking of ways to spice up your Summer. They came up with an ingenious idea to combine their two loves, booze and pizza. Working closely with some of your favourite local beverage companies, Four Pillars Gin, Brick Lane Beer and Preece Wines, they have come up with 3 new alcoholic infused pizzas that you will love.

These pizzas will be spiked from the base up. Beer is poured into the dough whilst mixing to add extra carbonation. This creates a perfectly light and fluffy dough which are hand-stretched and prepared with alcoholic infused ingredients before being cooked in a wood-fired pizza oven.

The team recommends for each of the delicious wood-fired spiked pizzas to be paired with a carefully chosen beer, wine or gin. You will want to try all three of the boozy options:

  •  Plastered Prawns: Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin (41.8% alc) infused prawns and pineapple, pumpkin, mozzarella
  • Boozy Beef Ribs: 36-hour slow cooked beef ribs in Brick Lane Brewing Co Red Hoppy Ale (5.3% alc), caramelised onion, roasted capsicum, gherkins, fresh spring onions, mozzarella
  • Drunken Chicken: Poached chicken & mushroom marinated in Preece Wines Pinot Grigio (12.5% alc), deep fried leek, mozzarella, spicy mayo
