March With Transcend Australia At Midsumma Pride March

Transcend Australia welcomes you, your family and your friends to come and March together with us at the 2022 Midsumma Pride March!

Come and show your PRIDE and support for trans, gender diverse and non-binary kids and young people and their families!

There is no cost to March, you’ll just need to register to participate and you must be fully vaccinated as well. Check-In and Proof of Vaccination will be required to be shown via the Service Victoria app on arrival.

Dress in theme! At Transcend Australia, we believe that every trans, gender diverse and non-binary child and young person should be embraced and given every opportunity to flourish and thrive. We believe that every child is a garden and when nurtured and loved, they can grow to become their true and wonderful selves.

So for our theme – we would like to encourage you to dress in trans pride colours (pink, white and blue) and in anything related to a garden, or growing a garden to represent nurturing and caring for young people. You could bring large sun flowers, bunches of flowers, dress as a flower or your favourite plant! You could bring large monstera leaves, or palm leaves – let’s make a large beautiful display of colour and garden related looks!

Loads of pink, white and blue is encouraged!

This event is for trans, gender diverse and non-binary children and young people and their family and friends. We also welcome trans, gender diverse and non-binary adults and allies to march with us, behind the young people and their families.
